| | 51st-Organized Event: Battle of Quatre Bras (27.05) | | | |
A few officers from the 51st Regiment will be organizing a friendly battle event on Sunday the 27th of May at 19 BST (British time, regular training time). We will have 70 slots available, so there's a very good chance you'll get to play.
We'll be playing as the following regiments:
-30 British Line Infantry
-20 French Line Infantry
-20 French Light Infantry

We would like as many people as possible to try to attend this match! The NEC can field 200 people + which means that they will have atleast around 100 which also means that we can pretty much guarantee a spot for anyone who shows up, Recruits aswell. Therefore we would really appreciate it if you would show up at this match.
| | | | Restructuring of the clan + New ranks! | | | |
With the huge influx of new players to the clan, we've been forced to restructure the clan and the ranks.
We've decided to close down 3rd and 4th company, but fear not for we've also decided to create a guard company.
The guard company will be the "elite unit" of the clan and will house the best melee players that we have. The process of getting put in the guard company will be explained at a later time. The same goes for who goes to which company of the rest of the clan.

As mentioned earlier we will also be introducing a small restructure of the highest enlisted ranks. With the closure of 3rd company, there's no longer a need for the "rifleman" rank. Anyone who currently has the rifleman rank will be a fusilier from now on, but don't worry, this is not a demotion. The fusilier rank has always been equal to the rifleman rank.
We've also decided to move the guardsman rank up next to chosen man. This means that the highest enlisted rank is guardsman and chosen man. These two ranks are considered equal. Guardsman can naturally only be obtained by being a member of the guards company. This also means that members of 1st and 2nd company will have their highest rank be chosen man. If you currently have the rank of guardsman, your new rank will be "grenadier" and it is abbreviated "Grd".

In addition to these changes we've decided to go back to the original way of structuring the clan. This means that 1st and 2nd company now are called 1st Queens company and 2nd Kings company.
We realize that this is a lot to take in all at once, so if you have any questions regarding the new structure of the clan, your rank or anything else you can think of, you can always contact the officers, or use the commenting section below.

We have decided to allow enlisted members to have admin-powers on the 51st servers.
If you want to be a server admin, the price is 10 euros. The money will be donated to the clan and it will solely be used to pay the server bill, however, if you have donated more than 30 euros you will automatically retain your admin rights.

At this time only Privates and above and allowed to have admin-powers.
If you are unsure of how to donate to the clan or have any questions regarding the donation process, talk to a NCO / CO and we will help you get started.
Once you are accepted as an admin, you will be granted access to a hidden part of the 51st forums where you will find all the information you will need.
